We provided client-side project management for this globally recognised, award-winning development. Our work began with a $90 million master plan in 2015 and encompassed all stages, including design management, cost forecasting, planning, construction, and the opening of new facilities. The project included new bathing experiences, a wellness centre, upgraded change rooms, a café, a sauna, an ice cave, glamping, condos and eco-lodge accommodation, expanded car parking, and extensive supporting infrastructure, such as deep-bore reinjection and advanced filtration systems.

Bonville Golf Resort
Construction, pre- and post-opening operations, Bonville Golf Resort was voted Australia’s Favourite Golf Course in Golf Australia Magazine’s Australia’s 50 Favourite Golf Courses poll, 7 years in a row. The 18-hole, Par 72, championship course rises and dips through the scenic layout, each hole flanked by towering Flooded Gums and each isolated and private from the next.
Pacific Bay Resort
$60m Construction and pre-opening phases, Pacific Bay Resort in Coffs Harbour is an immaculate resort is spread over 100 acres of beautifully maintained gardens that extend to the secluded Charlesworth Bay beach. Featuring three resort swimming pools, restaurants and bars, a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, a resort spa, and extensive conference and event facilities.
