Will is a Member of  Australian Geothermal Association and leads the Deep Well & Co Team and bringing 30 years of personal experience in the Tourism and Leisure sector, spanning developments and large-scale refurbishment projects for Hot Springs and Spas, Hotels, Golf Resorts and Health Clubs. With a career path strong on client side development, he offers an invaluable perspective on serving the needs of both clients and tenants.

In 2015, Will joined the award-winning geothermal hot springs and day spa, Peninsula Hot Springs as Development Director (Client Side Project Manager) and was responsible for the $90m Masterplan and delivery of $15m stage 3 expansion. This included 9 new bathing experiences, new change rooms, café, sauna & ice cave, car parking and associated infrastructure including two reinjection deep bores.

This followed 10 years as Development Director with Next Generation Clubs and the end to end opening of new clubs in Kings Park Perth and The Domain Auckland NZ.
